Mike and Sheryl Domeck have been my realtors with 2 transactions/closings! My own personal search for a new home with more space and the changing season of my life was a very good positive experience for me. They had discussions with me about my preferences, desired lifestyle, space needs and desired area of Cleveland that I wanted to be in, etc. They talked to me about each home they thought might meet my needs and I utilized the Internet to look at pictures of homes to see what I wanted to see. The 3rd house was the one and I knew it as soon as we walked in. I bought the house and have moved in and am very happy and satisfied with my purchase. Their management of the logistics made all the processes so easy and convenient. I asked them to put my home up for sale and they sold it before a for sale sign could even be put in yard! They helped me work with the buyers and I was moved out and they were moved in within 4-5 weeks. About Sheryl Domeck
Achieved Life-Time Multi-Million Dollar award status as a realtor in Cleveland, TN. with 14 years experience in real estate in this market area. In my prior career I was in bank lending receiving Annual Top Producer Awards for several years. My favorite loans were construction loans, refinances of homes and home equity loans so real estate was my natural progression when I left banking. I treat my clients as I would want our family to be treated.
This experience gives me a unique perspective in helping my clients achieve their goals of selling their homes for top dollar, with least amount of "hassle".
